All State Meeting

The Annual all state meeting will be held on Sunday November 13th at 12pm, (lunch will be provided) Each Club will be  required to send one representative and submit a roster of a minimum of 6 members, all TBF member dues are due by December 31st 2022, you can register individually online.

This year is the election for State President and Director at large for each region

Each region will decide their own Directors and submit to the president

Anyone wanting to run for President needs to submit their name by August 31st so all clubs can be notified and have time to discuss

One Vote may be cast by each club representative at the meeting

Votes will be secret ballot and counted by members at the meeting.

2023 Team Trail will remain the same format unless a new proposal is presented in writing to be discussed and voted on

Any proposal for change needs to be sent to the President by August 31st 2022
